Multi Tip Tooling

Effervescent Tooling
Effervescent granules are highly sensitive to moisture, requiring specialized tooling to ensure smooth production and consistent quality.
At GLOBAL, we manufacture effervescent tooling using high-grade stainless steel and Teflon-inserted punches to prevent sticking and ejection issues. Our precision engineering ensures reliable performance even under challenging production conditions.
Customised Tooling (Veterinary & Nutraceutical)

Selection of Steel
We at Global, believe that proper selection of Steel based on product nature is very much important for complete tableting solutions.

We recommend following types of steel based on product nature:
• Grade O1: Good toughness and abrasion resistance property.
• Grade S-7: Best Strength, toughness & best Impact resistant property.
• Grade D-3: Best Strength, toughness & wear resistant property.
• Grade D-2: Excellent toughness, wear & corrosion resistant property.
Selection of Tool Coating
We at Global, believe that coating is necessary when we need additional properties over selected steel for tool manufacturing i.e. to increase the strength & toughness, to reduce friction & sticking, to create wear & corrosion resistant, etc.
Coating enhances tooling performance and life by providing protection from wear & corrosion issues. Coating enhances smooth product release and helps overcome sticking issues during compression which leads to increase in productivity.
Based on the product nature and steel characteristics, we recommend various types of coating.
• Hard Chrome Plating: To increases surface hardness and wear resistance. It provides protection against corrosion and friction.
• Chromium Nitride (CRN): To provide extremely smooth surface, provides excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-sticking properties.
• Multi Layered Chromium Nitride (mCRN): Anti-stick properties increased by multiple layer of CRN coats.
